2. Description of Service

Appshots.dev is an AI-powered tool that generates App Store and Google Play screenshots from user-uploaded images. The Service includes automatic text generation, background creation, and image export functionality.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Upload malicious content or attempt to harm the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. Generated outputs are licensed to you for commercial use in your App Store and Google Play listings. The Service and its underlying technology remain our property.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Free accounts include 5 exports per month. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to app store rejections or lost revenue.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
